IN SHORT
Vault is for visualising architecture, interiors and landscapes. Use it lawfully and honestly.
No illegal, sexual, hateful or infringing content, no deceptive images of real people, and no attempts to abuse or get around the system.
1. Content you may not create or upload
- Any sexual content involving minors, or any sexualised depiction of a minor. We report it to the authorities.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content of anyone, and intimate images of a real person shared or created without their consent.
- Content that is illegal where you or we are, or that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred or harassment against people for who they are.
- Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, design rights, privacy or other rights, for example other studios’ renders or drawings you have no permission to use, or brand logos used to mislead.
- Malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive or harm people or systems.
2. Real people and property
- Don’t create images or videos that present a real, identifiable person doing or saying something they didn’t, in a way that could mislead or harm them.
- Only upload photos of people when you have the right to, and remove or blur people who haven’t agreed where the law requires it.
- Don’t use AI results to deceive buyers, tenants, clients or authorities, for example presenting a virtually staged, redesigned or AI-edited image as a photo of a property’s current condition without the disclosure your market or listing site requires.
- Don’t use results to hide defects or misrepresent what is being sold or built.
3. Using the platform fairly
- Don’t try to get around credits, prices, limits, free allowances or security, for example by creating multiple accounts, manipulating requests, or exploiting bugs. If you find a bug, please tell us; we appreciate responsible reports.
- Don’t access accounts, data or systems you aren’t authorised to, and don’t probe, scan or test our security without our written permission.
- Don’t scrape, copy or bulk-download the Service, or use automated tools to use it, except through features we provide for that (such as connecting an AI assistant you authorise).
- Don’t overload the Service or interfere with other users.
- Don’t resell, sublicense or provide access to Vault to others as a service, or use it to build a competing product, unless we agree in writing.
- Don’t use Vault, its results or its outputs to train or improve AI models that compete with it.
- Don’t use client invites, share links or messages to send spam or unwanted messages.
4. What happens if rules are broken
Our systems and AI providers may automatically refuse requests that look like they break these rules. If we find a breach, we may remove content, refuse jobs, suspend features, or suspend or close the account, depending on how serious it is. Where it's lawful and safe, we tell you why and give you a chance to respond. We report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires. Credits spent on refused jobs are returned; credits on accounts closed for serious breaches are not refunded, except where the law requires.
If we act against your content or account, we send you a statement of reasons: what we did, why, which rule or law it is based on, whether automated means were used, and how to appeal. You can appeal within 6 months by replying to that message; a person will review it and tell you the outcome. Users in the EU may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or go to court. We don't act on reports we believe are manifestly unfounded, and we may stop processing reports from people who repeatedly send them.
See also our Terms of Service.
5. Reporting a problem
To report content on Vault (for example a share link) that you believe is illegal, breaks this policy or infringes your rights (including copyright), email support@vaultworkspace.com with: the exact link or a precise description of where it is; why you believe it's illegal or breaks the rules; your name and email (you may report child sexual abuse material anonymously); and a statement that you believe the report is accurate and complete. We confirm receipt, review it promptly and without bias, and tell you what we decided and how to challenge it.
